Plan Red Ltd is a consultancy partnership set up in mid-2021 by myself and John Francis to provide a stronger resource for larger, complex planning projects.
From mid-2023 Plan Red will become the focus of my business.
RPC Planning is the consultancy of Richard Purser and provides independent planning advice and services to private and public sectors
RPC Planning is the the company of Richard Purser, an RTPI chartered town planner. I set up the consultancy in 2020 following 20 years working in the private and public sectors mainly in the North West, Yorkshire and North Wales.
My business focus is on the provision of independent planning strategy, advice and services to meet the development needs of clients in residential, commercial and regeneration sectors.
I can offer project leadership throughout the planning process from scheme inception to permission. Shaping the planning strategy to match the development outcome desired is at the heart of what I do.
Over the years I have specialised in providing support to housing developers through analysis of five-year housing land supply, and I regularly provide expert witness to at planning inquiries and and development plan examinations.
I have extensive experience in setting parameters, leading and coordination Environmental Statements. I can also provide socio-economic evidence in support of statements.
